Terms and Conditions of Hire
| Hire Starts | From the time equipment leaves this yard until returned & checked back in. |

| The Hirer | Accepts responsibility for all items on hire as per conditions on the back of your docket. |
| All Dockets | Must be signed by person collecting hire item. |
| Minimum Rate | 4 hours or less where applicable (Managers discretion) |
| Daily Rate | 4 hours to 9 hours between 7:30am and 5pm |
| Over Night |
Same as minimum rate. |
| Dirty or Damaged | It is the hirer's responsibility to return in an clean state (Cleaning fee may apply) |
| Tyre Damage or Punctures | Is hirer's responsibility |
We reserve the right to charge a bond on any hire item.
